| Pentiddy Organic Allotment Garden |
We thought that we'd take the opportunity to show off a bit of Pentiddy vegetable garden in full bloom. Sometimes we forget that Pentiddy isn't just a building site and that it actually feeds and waters us too, with the help of Ele of course.
We are just into pea, carrot, beetroot and potato season. We had an amazing stir fry last night with all fresh produce from the garden including shitake mushrooms from the barn and breakfasts consist of masses of silvan berries, raspberries, blackcurrants and strawberry's. Superb!
